RULES FOR RESERVING THE POOL

1. At the discretion of the POA, certain periods of the normal open swim hours may be reserved for special activities in two hour durations. 

2. The pool may be reserved for special activities by any property owner in good standing.  Tenants who wish to reserve the pool must arrange for this through WOTPOA (wotpoa@gmail.com).

3. Reservations are available: Monday - Thursday during pool hours, Fridays before 5pm, Sundays after 5pm. There are no reservations on Saturdays.

4. Special activities shall also not be scheduled the day before Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day.  No special activities will be scheduled at all on Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day. No special activities will be scheduled the Friday, Saturday or Sunday of opening or closing weekend of the pool season. Special activities may be scheduled on other days pending POA approval and shall not exceed 2 hours.  In no cases shall the pool be reserved outside the normal pool hours.

5. The POA shall limit pool special activities to one per day, and 3 per week for the community.

6. Dates and times reserved for special activities will be posted on www.whiteoaktrailsnwa.com. Reservations must be made by contacting the WOTPOA board in writing at least 2 weeks in advance.

7. There will be a non-refundable rental fee payable at the time of reservation of $80. The renter will be held responsible for clean-up.
