Common Areas: Pool and Playground

The pool and playground are for your use and enjoyment.  The common areas are owned by the White Oak Trails Property Owner’s Association (WOTPOA).  They are available to POA members in good standing, tenants and their guests. We need the cooperation of all residents to make the pool and playground a fun, safe and sanitary facility for everyone.  Residents must advise children and their guests of the rules and safety precautions.

RULES FOR ALL COMMON AREAS (POOL AND PLAYGROUND)
